Neon Moon Bakery started on a date night—my husband, Trey, and I had just finished dinner and a concert, and we weren’t quite ready to go home. We didn’t want a bar, but we craved that lively, cozy vibe. That’s when it hit me—why wasn’t there a late-night spot for great desserts and good company?
That moment sparked the vision for Neon Moon Bakery.
For a while, I ran the bakery out of my home, selling at pop-ups and fulfilling late-night cravings one delivery at a time. But Bracken Village has always been one of my favorite places to shop, so when a space became available right across from where I had done so many pop-ups, it felt like fate. Now, Neon Moon finally has a home—a late-night sweet spot where you can grab a treat, soak in the good vibes, and make memories.
At Neon Moon, it’s all about quality ingredients, funky flavors, and turning classic baked goods into something special. Whether it’s our pretty pies, gooey cinnamon rolls, or bold new creations, everything is made with care and a little flair.
My hope? That you leave feeling full—not just in your belly, but in your spirit too.
